IBM has commercially released IBM Quantum Safe, a unified software suite announced at its TechXchange conference, to help enterprises and government agencies meet binding federal post-quantum migration deadlines that begin in 2030. The portfolio combines the Quantum Safe Explorer for source-code scanning and CBOM generation, the Quantum Safe Cryptography Manager for estate discovery and posture governance, and the Quantum Safe Proxy for dual-protocol network mediation, allowing traffic between legacy and post-quantum systems without immediate refactoring. IBM validated the tools by scanning more than 47 million lines of code across 5,815 repositories in its own CIO office, finding over 3,900 cryptographic issues. The suite builds on IBM’s Guardium Cryptography Manager released in 2025 and aligns with the NIST final migration roadmap (NIST IR 8547). Commercial licensing and trial options are now available through IBM Quantum Safe links provided in the announcement. 1
