pQCee Pte Ltd has partnered with Carahsoft Technology Corp. to act as the Master Government Aggregator for pQCee’s post-quantum cybersecurity software in U.S. public-sector markets. Through Carahsoft’s reseller ecosystem and cooperative purchasing contracts, the encryption suites will be offered to federal, municipal, educational and healthcare buyers via the pre-negotiated Contract Vehicles TIPS (#220105) and OMNIA Partners (#R240303), bypassing individual agency procurement cycles. The solution protects data-in-transit, email, web traffic and tactical communications, aiming to prevent long-range intelligence exposure from harvest-now, decrypt-later (HNDL) campaigns. Deployment uses crypto-agile overlay modules that enable phased cipher-suite upgrades over existing networks without replacing legacy IT stacks, helping agencies meet compliance pressures from Executive Order 14412. 1
