Yes. And you probably already have it. Windows, macOS and Android come with built-in antivirus.
On iPhone and Android, with default settings, you shouldn't need an extra app.
Don't stack two. The extra benefit is minimal, and they can conflict.
A pop-up with a number to call? That's a scam.
Keep it on and updated. Even then, it can miss things.
