A pop-up says your computer is infected?

Real security pop-up warnings will never ask you to call a phone number.

And real tech companies won't contact you to say there's a problem with your computer.

Scammers push gift cards, wire transfers, or crypto, because once you pay, it's hard to get your money back.

Not sure if it's a scam? Talk to someone you trust.
